5:00 – 6:00   High Jump, Long Jump, Pole Vault                                  6:15   1 Mile Run (11 & older)

                      Discus, Javelin, Shot Put                                     6:30   100 Meter Dash (11 & older)

                      (Age 18 & older for throws)                                           6:50   400 Meter Dash

            5:00   1 Mile Race Walk                                                           7:05   800 Meter Run (11 & older)

            5:15   50 Meter Dash (10 & under)                                          7:20   200 Meter Dash

            5:30   4x100 Meter Relay (14 & older)                         7:50   2 Mile Run  (16 minute limit)

            6:00   100 Meter Dash (10 & under)                                        8:15   4x400 Meter Relay (14 & older)

EQUAL AWARDS TO MEN AND WOMEN  IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:
                   RELAYS:  14-29, 30+
                        50 METER DASH:  1-5, 6-8, 9-10
                        100 METER DASH:  1-5, 6-8, 9-10, 11-13, 14-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+                                        OTHER EVENTS:  1-13, 14-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

 Medals to 1^st, 2^nd, & 3^rd place age group finishers in all individual events.
M    Medals to 1^st place relay teams and ribbons to 2^nd & 3^rd place teams.
       Participation ribbons to all others.
