The meet began at 7:10 p.m. with a temperature of about 72° F and the day long rain having just stopped. All events were completed except the pole vault. Thirty-eight athletes and 14 officials participated. Athlete’s ages ranged from 7 to 77. The median age was 22 and the four 16 year-olds comprised the largest single age group. The rain resumed just as the meet finished at 8:20 p.m.
