SUMMARY
The Mile Festival began at 7:14 p.m. with a temperature
of about 85º and very light rain.
Twenty-three athletes and 12 officials participated. Athletes ranged in age from 6 to 48 with a
median age of 14. Three each athletes
aged 10 and 41 comprised the largest single-age groups. Cups from Gatorade, Powerade from Fitness
First, and pizza and soft drinks were provided to all present. The event ended at 8:45 p.m.
