Track Workout at Bolles - General Info

Bolles Wednesday Intervals Information

JTCRunning
offers members interval workouts through an arrangement with the Bolles School. Track intervals(torture) are early morning and late afternoons on Wednesdays.  Interval Advocate Queen and JTCRunning Board Member Margaret Barton keeps the program greased and running smoothly, handling the negotiation with Bolles. JC Pinto coaches the morning session ans Danny Hill coaches the evening. See Training for exact times.

essentially rents the track for these interval sessions from the school, and the participation was a concern with the morning group.  Ms Barton reports that the numbers have grown in the morning to around 25 on average, after a 'get the word out' campaign in the early spring.  Those numbers have remained consistent through the summer.

All Club members are welcome at The Bolles School Track for early morning and late afternoon interval workouts on Wednesdays.  With this negotiated agreement there are requirements that you, as a JTCRunning member, must follow.  If you don't know, CLICK HERE to read up BEFORE you show up.
Current Black Out Dates (which means don't show up and argue with Bolles' Security):
No 'normal' ones at the moment  (track resurface isn't 'normal' - see below)
